St. Georges ALL Stars 3 Prospect Police 3

This afternoon the Police force expected business as usual on their routine drive around the island leaving most clubs dumbfounded by their visits.

Tracy Adams was again at middle of the scene with 10 trained protégés at the Wellington Slip road around 3:00 p.m.

Amidst frigid conditions with temperatures falling below 50 degrees the men soldiered on with their assignments with an all Barbadian defensive unit.

English international striker Woody was released first causing havoc as bystanders watched in amazement and eventually fired at shot across the face of the keeper.

The Ecuadorian Keeper began his Bermuda campaign at with the Police Unit but subsequently found himself against the Police attack to which officers felt no mercy.

Before Police could reload the Keeper lounged at Colin Steward feet first resulting in Chris Thompson being forced to blow the whistle and bring a stop to the argument and allowed the Jamaican international striker Stewart a spot kick from the penalty spot.

Both teams ended the half rethinking their coaches game plan as St. Georges had never been run at by any other team in the fashion they were up against at home.

Dell rallied his team mates and the St. Georges Club made 3 substitutes and was able to muster up 3 hard fought goals in a row erupting the stadium home supporters.

Police had seen it all before and made substitutes of their own bringing on Hosan Clarke and Warren Reid in the mid field.

St Georges toiled with life and hope but the link up attack of Woody and Steward was not to be denied with style and class and slotted home what ended up to be the game equalizer when the referee blew the final whistle with the game scored at St Georges 3 Police 3 in the Bermuda Football Association Masters League.
