This afternoons events continued the same trend of drama and entertainment as was expected with the arrival of the St Georges Stallions at the Prospect headquarters.
Having convinced half the Prospect nucleus to transfer to the Wellington oval head coach convinced the officials that the game would not be played today because of the lateness of his men at the field which lead to the police officials return to their working duties as he cleared the bench.
With minutes left still in preparation time the St Georges Stallions team emerged from the changing room 16 men strong having gone over this weeks game plan.
Later Coach Bascome requested that it was his turn to referee the sanctioned event to which Terry Lynn-Paynter remained steadfast in her appointment.
Prospect United had to field their men with the remaining players at the field.
The events unfolded when Detroy was able scored from a free kick at the top of the box without having to wear shin pads to which no understand why he was still on the field.

Prospect was dealt a severe blow when newly signed English national was brutally tackled just outside the St Georges penalty box and had to be assisted off the field.

Head coach Herbie Bascome was not available to make statement after the game as he quickly skipped across the field into the visitors changing room.
